Beckett Brunches
Founded by Dúnlaith Bird in 2019, Beckett Brunches offer an informal opportunity for research and artistic creation to come together around Samuel Beckett’s legacy. In this Bordeaux iteration, researchers, students and artists will explore contemporary rewritings of his work, its transmission and its new forms on stage. Bringing critical reflection and artistic experience into dialogue, the discussions will connect translation, creation and new dramaturgies. A Beckettian brunch devoted to sharing—with croissants and chocolatines!
